Rates
My fee is $200 per 50-minute session. Longer session may be arranged, if necessary.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance – I am not contracted, or “In-Network” with any insurance company at this time. Many of my clients receive a healthy reimbursement from their insurance company, though, by using their out-of-network benefits. I do not submit claims for you, but am happy to give you a detailed receipt (we call it a “Superbill”) that you can submit. I give these monthly, but not at each individual session.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. I can also accept FSA/HSA & Flex spending cards. For clients I see virtually, I will send you a Square Invoice that you can pay online with any kind of card.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Late/No-Show Policy
If I do not hear from you, and it is 20 minutes past the start time of our appointment, I may leave the office, and consider you a “No-Show” for that appointment. If you do contact me, via email, voicemail or text, I will wait for you if you will be arriving late.
